Delivery Information
All orders received Monday to Friday will be posted out within 24 hours. Most orders received before 1pm will be posted out on the same day, however orders received after 1pm will be posted out the next working day.
Domestic UK Delivery
Standard delivery to mainland UK is free of charge and will be sent by Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Courier depending on weight. If the parcel weight is over 3.65kg then additional charges will apply to non-mainland UK addresses.
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked - For all orders - Free (Estimated delivery time is 2-4 days Monday to Saturday)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - For orders up to 1kg - £1.95 (Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days Monday to Saturday)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - For orders up to 2kg - £2.95 (Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days Monday to Saturday)
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - For orders up to 3kg - £3.95 (Estimated delivery time is 1-2 days Monday to Saturday)
- Express Courier - Next working day - £4.95 *
- Express Courier - Saturday - £9.95 *
- Orders over 3.65kg to Non-mainland UK addresses: Royal Mail 48 Tracked - £11.99 (Estimated delivery time is 2-5 days Monday to Saturday)
* Express Courier option is only for UK mainland, does not include highlands or islands.
Royal Mail is not a guaranteed delivery service and delivery times are only an estimate, unfortunately compensation isn't paid for late deliveries.
